Senior Marketing Executive
About the role:
As we continue to grow and elevate our brand in the market, we are looking for a self-driven Senior Marketing Executive to own and lead all aspects of our marketing efforts.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a high-performing advisory firm, while also being hands-on with execution.
As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be the go-to person for all things marketing — from strategy development to content creation, digital campaigns, and press/media relationships. You’ll work closely with the CEO to build our brand, improve visibility, and support deal origination efforts.
This is a standalone, high-impact role with full ownership and autonomy — perfect for someone who is strategic but thrives in rolling up their sleeves.
Main aspects of the role include:
· Develop and execute the firm’s overall marketing strategy, aligned with business goals.
· Manage the firm’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
· Lead and create content marketing initiatives — thought leadership, podcasts, whitepapers, and social media posts.
· Manage and update the company website and digital presence (SEO, LinkedIn, Podcasts, Meta, Youtube, etc.).
· Create and maintain marketing collateral, including support with pitch decks, tombstones, and credentials packs.
· Work closely with deal teams to support transaction marketing and post-deal announcements.
· Liaise with external suppliers (other content creators, press/media, PR agencies) as needed.
· Track KPIs and produce regular marketing performance reports for the CEO.
Key Requirements:
· 4–7 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, M&A, private equity, or professional services.
· Strong copywriting and content development skills.
· Confident working autonomously, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Experience with SEO, ad campaigns, CRM/email platforms, and CMS.
· A good eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Strong commercial awareness and understanding of a B2B advisory environment.
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
What we offer
· A high degree of autonomy and ownership in a visible, business-critical role.
· Exposure to senior stakeholders and dealmakers.
· Opportunity to shape and scale a best-in-class marketing function.
· A supportive, entrepreneurial culture with flexibility and room to grow.
· Competitive compensation
Location
· St. James’s, London or Hybrid.
· Preference for Full-Time, but Part-Time is also possible if at least 28 hours per week
